Role Description The Broker Transaction Analyst/Managing Broker (BTA/MB) is a dynamic, hybrid role focused on delivering hands-on, customer-centric service through meticulous review and management of contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements associated with eXp client and customer transactions. Leveraging advanced technology, including AI-enhanced workflows within eXp’s transaction management system, the BTA/MB ensures thorough compliance and accuracy in all documentation. This role requires specialized education and advanced licensing to effectively support the Designated Managing Broker in overseeing eXp Realty brokerage operations within their state. A managing broker level license is required for this role. Qualifications - Active real estate broker license with current continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in detailed contract review, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions. - Strong expertise and experience in real estate compliance, with a deep understanding of state and federal laws, Department of Commerce rules and regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements, NAR Code of Ethics, and MLS standards. - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of clearly and effectively interacting with all organizational levels. - A highly collaborative approach with proven success in partnering with internal stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. - Ability to make swift, informed decisions, effectively addressing and resolving problems using sound judgment. - Uncompromising integrity, consistently demonstrating the highest ethical standards. - Active member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). - Strongly Preferred: Experience with the Skyslope transaction management system. Requirements - Collaboratively support the Designated and Managing Brokers to ensure eXp agents consistently deliver outstanding real estate brokerage services. - May be asked to conduct training sessions to improve agents' knowledge of contracts, risk management practices and duties under licensing requirements, and state real estate regulations. - Respond promptly and effectively to agents’ requests for support, demonstrating exceptional customer service and care. - Utilize advanced technology, including AI-driven tools, to thoroughly review contracts and transactional documents, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations. - Foster a highly collaborative, solution-oriented environment by removing transactional barriers, modeling agile workflows, and actively participating in team-based initiatives to enhance agent experience, risk management, and operational excellence. - Actively consult and engage with eXp agents and internal teams to resolve complex transaction-related issues, providing practical solutions. - Support and promote the ongoing implementation of the eXp risk management initiatives, employing technology and innovative methods to enhance agent awareness and compliance. - Assist in the continuous development, improvement, and compliance monitoring of brokerage operations manuals at both the company-wide and state-specific levels. - Collaborate proactively with internal departments to identify and implement innovative, efficient solutions for supporting eXp’s growing agent base. - Demonstrate flexibility by providing backup support for Managing Broker responsibilities as necessary. • Support S&OP processes, ensuring governance of processes and analyses that contribute to results • Estimate Sell‑In and Sell‑Out volumes at Category, SKU, Channel and Cycle levels through quantitative analyses, considering historical data, qualitative inputs and the brand's strategic and tactical actions • Consolidate data and turn it into actionable information to produce analyses with a critical mindset • Monitor area KPIs that impact the business and propose process improvements through quantitative analysis • Conduct post‑mortem analyses for the brands under your responsibility at the end of each cycle • Ensure you and your peers work from the same assumptions, promoting process unification and strategic alignment • Significant interface with Supply team, Marketing Category, RGM (Revenue Growth Management) and Channels

• Analyze vendor security advisories, research vulnerability reports, mailing lists, product changelogs, news articles, bug trackers, commits, exploits, and many other sources to identify issues that constitute legitimate vulnerabilities (sources are provided) in order to author a detailed vulnerability entry based on findings. This task makes up eighty percent of day to day requirements of this role. • Analyze and review new vulnerabilities for inclusion into the VulnDB product and update existing vulnerability entries with details, references, product information, exploit availability, and solutions. • Assist team members during peak activity periods to ensure the timeliness of high-quality data. • Monitor work queues as needed to maintain balanced workloads and achieve turn-around standards, ensuring data quality. • stay current with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert on vulnerabilities to the wider team. • Collaborate with other teams such as Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to solve customer challenges, clarify technical content, and be customer-oriented.
