What You’ll Do With “Our Training and Your Experience”: - Act as a point of coordination for operational activities, ensuring proactive communication with all stakeholders. - Support customer focused programs by maintaining program standards, documentation, and processes. - Build relationships with internal teams and customers to better understand their goals and requirements. - Assist in deploying standard processes and tools to ensure consistency and alignment across multiple locations. - Maintain and update program playbooks to document workflows and customer-specific requirements. - Ensure compliance with customer standards, industry regulations, and company best practices. - Coordinate the logistics of customer engagements, ensuring smooth delivery of Convergint services. - Monitor program metrics and compile reports for internal and customer-facing reviews. - Assist in resolving operational challenges and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery. - Support the introduction of new services or geographic capabilities to meet customer needs. Role Description The Supply Chain Sustainability Program Manager is a key leader on the Global Supply Chain team, responsible for expanding and executing AVI-SPL’s Electronics Recycling Program in all geographies. The role will also lead the collection and reporting of all relevant Supply Chain emissions and usage data. This role will partner closely with Global Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and regional teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and measurable sustainability execution. Reporting to the head of Issuing Bank Program Management/Partnerships, you will own the sponsor bank partnership and be accountable for the outcomes of the bank program. You will hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to SLAs and obligations, and collaborate with internal owners for networks, processors, servicing/Reg E, fraud/risk, compliance and product to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable results. This is a senior level role where you'll be expected to be the voice of the bank partnership, both internally and externally. You will own the bank partnership end-to-end, including gaining approvals for new products and services.
