Director, Customer Growth – Experiences
Signify
• Define and scale the NORAM customer marketing and experience strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals • Build a cohesive, end-to-end strategy across trade shows, field events, and customer programs that drive significant pipeline growth • Design meaningful persona-driven activations that build relationships with key buyers across ecommerce function,digital, risk and fraud. • Act as a player-coach, setting direction while remaining hands-on in execution • Own the end-to-end customer marketing strategy across the lifecycle, driving engagement, retention, and expansion • Build structured programs that turn customers into advocates, references, and growth drivers for the business • Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and timelines end-to-end • Define and own success metrics across pipeline influence, engagement, and ROI
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in events, field marketing, or customer marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce
- Proven experience leading trade shows, executive events, and high-impact customer or ABM experiences
- Experience managing and mentoring team members while maintaining a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally across GTM teams to drive pipeline and customer outcomes
- Background in partnership-driven programs or co-marketing initiatives is highly preferred
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable traveling about 20% of the time

Role Description You'll build the measurement frameworks and analyses that guide the growth team's decisions on acquisition, activation and retention. Working with the Head of Growth, you'll instrument experiments, analyse cohort behaviour, build attribution models and surface insights that the team can act on weekly. What you'll do - Build cohort and retention analyses using SQL and Python - Design A/B test plans and run statistical significance analysis on results - Build and maintain GA4 event tracking and attribution models - Create growth dashboards used in weekly leadership reviews - Identify churn signals and work with CRM to design intervention experiments Qualifications - Strong SQL – you can write complex queries and cohort analyses from scratch - Comfort with Python for analysis and data wrangling - Understanding of A/B testing and statistical significance - Familiarity with GA4 and digital attribution - Good async written communication – you can explain what the data means Requirements - Experience with subscription business metrics (MRR, LTV, churn) - Nice to have - Familiarity with CRM tools (Klaviyo, Braze or similar) - Nice to have Benefits - $700–$1,100 USD/month, paid monthly - Fully remote – work from anywhere - Flexible hours with some UK overlap - $500/year learning budget - Home office equipment stipend
