Role Description RedSky is seeking a highly qualified ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a critical technical role, primarily remote with periodic onsite support required in Chantilly, VA and Bluemont, VA. The ServiceNow SME will provide expert-level technical leadership throughout the planning, migration, configuration, integration, and sustainment of ServiceNow platforms for secure and air-gapped federal environments. - Design and document ServiceNow system architecture (including DoDAF/FEAF compliance) and technical topography, producing essential as-is, to-be, and transition state architectures. - Architect, implement, and document a secure ServiceNow solution on Nutanix infrastructure, integrated with on-premises Active Directory, YubiKey, and other authentication systems. - Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, ITAM), establish and manage role-based access controls, and remove demonstration data to produce clean, client-ready environments. - Develop and execute data migration strategies, including transformation mapping, ETL processes, and validation using ServiceNow CMDB Health dashboards. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party solutions (e.g., Tanium, Splunk), configure connectors, manage data imports, and ensure ongoing compliance with federal logging and monitoring requirements. - Work closely with solution center teams and government stakeholders to align technical deliverables, document progress, report risks, and ensure continuous improvement via Agile reviews. - Support O&M operations post-deployment, including configuration updates, health monitoring, instance patching, and iterative enhancements. - Assist with stakeholder training, user adoption efforts, and system acceptance testing. - Produce technical documentation and reports supporting each project phase and deliverable. Qualifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and/or additional certifications in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, or SAM strongly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and sustainment in secure government environments. - Demonstrated expertise with ServiceNow module configuration, system integrations, and large-scale data migrations. - Experience implementing role-based access controls and managing authentication integration (e.g., Active Directory, MFA, YubiKey). - Strong background in ITSM/ITIL methodology and agile/hybrid delivery models. - Proven ability to produce technical architecture documentation in accordance with federal frameworks (DoDAF/FEAF). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading technical discussions and stakeholder briefings. Requirements - Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.

• Shape the company’s vision, growth engine, and market presence from day one • Combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, turning data, creativity, and experimentation into measurable business results • Co-creating the company, product and go-to-market strategy together with the founding team • Defining the brand positioning, communication strategy and market narrative for a cardio-metabolic health company • Designing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy covering awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and patient engagement • Building and optimizing acquisition funnels across Google, Meta, e-mail, remarketing and other relevant digital channels • Developing marketing automation processes that support patient education, onboarding, activation, reactivation and long-term engagement • Creating a data-driven growth model based on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate, retention, churn and activation • Building a multi-channel content and communication ecosystem across video, social media, expert content, blog, e-mail, paid ads and landing pages • Translating complex cardio-metabolic topics into clear, trustworthy and engaging communication for patients and business partners • Developing educational campaigns around prevention, diagnostics, lifestyle change, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular risk and metabolic health • Building credibility through expert-led content, medical authorities, partnerships and PR activities • Designing and testing messaging, landing pages, funnels and campaigns through structured experimentation and A/B testing • Working closely with medical, product, sales and operations teams to align marketing with product experience and patient needs • Recruiting and leading a high-performing marketing team across performance, content, creative, analytics and partnerships • Managing external partners, agencies, creators, experts and media relationships when needed • Ensuring that all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising, data protection, and medical communication standards in Poland and the EU.
• Co-managing the company together with the founding team and aligning technology, operations and business goals • Shaping and iterating the product vision for an AI-powered accounting automation platform • Translating accounting and financial workflows into scalable, automated and AI-supported solutions • Defining the product architecture, automation logic, integrations and data flows • Leading the development of automation pipelines and technical foundations of the platform • Designing operational processes from scratch, including customer onboarding, delivery, support and continuous improvement • Establishing execution frameworks, project management standards and internal operating rhythms • Ensuring high standards of reliability, security, scalability and compliance awareness • Monitoring AI, automation, fintech and accounting-tech trends and applying them to product and operational strategy • Optimising efficiency, time-to-value and customer satisfaction • Building and leading a small, high-impact technology and operations team • Creating a company culture based on ownership, accountability, speed and excellence • Supporting investor communication, pitch preparation and technical/product due diligence • Overseeing technology- and operations-related planning, including budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Co-managing the company alongside the commercial co-founder, aligning technical strategy with business goals. • Hands-on development & prototyping: Architecting and building the MVP of the robotics automation platform. • Technical Strategy: Defining the tech stack, software/hardware architecture, and product scalability roadmap. • R&D and Innovation: Monitoring robotics, AI, and automation trends to maintain a competitive technological edge. • Team Building: Recruiting, leading, and mentoring a small, agile team of top-tier engineers. • Product-Tech Alignment: Translating customer feedback and market needs into robust technical requirements. • Engineering Culture: Creating an internal culture focused on code quality, ownership, rapid iteration, and high execution standards. • Infrastructure & Security: Setting up internal dev processes, CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring data security/compliance.
• Outbound calling (your primary lever): Run high-volume cold calls into assigned target lists. Open conversations, handle gatekeepers, and identify key decision-makers. You will focus on building diverse relationships: from booking qualified sales meetings to securing strategic business partners and sourcing interviewees/guests for project-related content. • Multi-channel outreach: Complement calls with personalized email and LinkedIn outreach to the same accounts, using sequences and messaging frames provided by the GTM team. • Account research & enrichment: Take the target lists we provide and enrich them - verify decision-makers, dig up triggers (funding rounds, hiring signals, press mentions), and prepare context that makes each call count. • Lead qualification & handoff: Apply qualification criteria defined per project, hand off qualified meetings to the relevant founder or sales lead, and disqualify cleanly when there's no fit. • Market signal feedback: Bring back what you hear - objections, repeating questions, where messaging lands and where it dies. Weekly sync with team GTM/PO; this is how we iterate fast on offer and approach. • CRM hygiene: Detailed, timely records of every interaction in our system. No call without a note.
