Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required. - Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales roles within the consumer sector. - No specific licenses required; however, certifications in Strategic Account Management or Sales Management are advantageous. • Own CS operations end to end: account health monitoring and alerting, renewal and expansion workflows, lifecycle process design, and book-of-business management and hygiene • Own SD&D operational infrastructure in Salesforce: implementation tracking, milestone forecasting, onboarding risk signal detection, and Sales-to-post-sales handoff workflows • Build and maintain the analytics and reporting infrastructure CS and SD&D leadership rely on, including notification and signal delivery systems • Serve as system administrator for CS and SD&D: flows, validation rules, permission sets, assignment rules, and custom configurations following RevOps governance best practices • Convert manual reporting, data cleanup, and recurring administrative work into automated, repeatable processes • Partner with CS and SD&D leadership to identify operational gaps, scope improvements, and drive them to completion • Manage RevOps projects and serve as the primary RevOps contact for CS and SD&D, with proactive stakeholder communication throughout

Demonstrate ability to use data and insights to overcome objections and craft a compelling value-based solution across multiple shareholders. • Consistently update Salesforce (SFDC), leveraging this tool as the single source of truth on prospect accounts and opportunities. Capture timely and detailed call/meeting reports, articulating customer needs, deliverables, and next steps to ensure Partners and leadership team are aware of updates. • Accountable for driving pipeline, sales, revenue, and meeting or exceeding quota goals in the assigned vertical across the territory • Partner effectively with SE, CS, Product, Marketing, VE, RI, IM, and other teams to drive initiatives that support the needs of the prospect throughout the deal cycle. • Attend industry conferences, sponsored events, and on-sites in order to develop relationships with prospects and expand Signifyd’s network
