Role Description As a Talent Operations Specialist at Auvik, you’ll play a key role in keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be at the center of our recruiting efforts, supporting candidates, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring everything stays organized and on track. This role is grounded in strong day-to-day execution, but goes beyond coordination. You’ll also help us improve how we work, identifying inefficiencies, exploring new tools, and finding smarter ways to operate. In addition to supporting Talent Acquisition, you will also contribute to broader People Operations work as needed, supporting projects, programs, and the overall employee experience. What will I be doing? - Support day-to-day hiring operations, owning end-to-end candidate experience, using judgement to adapt processes and shift priorities. - Build and manage candidate pipelines for priority roles, including sourcing, outreach, and initial engagement. - Take ownership of hiring for select roles over time. - Maintain accurate information in our ATS (Greenhouse) and other systems. - Review current tools, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency. - Research and experiment with AI tools to improve sourcing, coordination, and overall team productivity. - Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People Operations team to support hiring and broader people processes. - Coordinate and proactively manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. - Help implement better processes and systems that reduce manual work and improve the candidate and hiring team experience. - Contribute to cross-functional People initiatives beyond recruiting, including projects and employee lifecycle work. Qualifications - Proven experience supporting coordination, recruiting, or operational workflows. - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when managing data and processes. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. - Strong, proactive communication skills, with the ability to keep candidates and stakeholders informed and aligned. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. - Experience working with tools and systems (ATS, scheduling tools, HRIS, AI). - Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or improve operational tasks. Compensation Details The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below. Salary Range: $60,000 — $78,000 CAD
