Role Description The Operations Specialist for Thrive USA Home Care serves as a key support partner to the Operations Manager, playing a critical role in ensuring daily operational efficiency, caregiver staffing stability, and high-quality service delivery. This position supports core operational functions, including: - Scheduling - Compliance - Quality assurance - VA authorization management - Recruiting - Community outreach This role is a fully remote work-from-home position reporting on Zoom, with the exception of occasional recruiting events. Responsibilities - Operational Support & Scheduling - Assist with daily operational activities to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality home care services. - Support the implementation of operational processes and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency. - Assist with tracking operational metrics and provide updates to senior leadership. - Monitor and maintain client schedules throughout Florida, including missed clock-ins and clock-outs before and after business hours. - Proactively find coverage for call-outs or unfilled shifts to ensure service continuity. - Recruiting & Caregiver Placement Support - Assist the Operations Manager and Service Coordination team with caregiver recruiting initiatives to maintain adequate staffing levels. - Support outreach efforts at job fairs, community events, and hiring initiatives. - Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for caregiver candidates. - Assist with onboarding coordination and initial placement of new caregivers with appropriate clients. - Support placement of current caregivers into additional or better-matched shifts based on availability and client needs. - Maintain recruiting and placement records to support staffing efficiency. - VA Liaison & Authorization Management - Serve as a liaison between Thrive USA and local VA offices. - Receive new VA referrals and assist with implementation in WellSky. - Review, track, and update VA authorizations to ensure accuracy. - Compliance Assistance - Support adherence to federal, state, and local home care regulations. - Assist with policy, procedure, and compliance documentation. - Help ensure staff follow agency standards. Qualifications - Experience in home care operations, healthcare coordination, or similar leadership/support role. - Strong understanding of home care compliance and scheduling operations. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable using scheduling systems and operational software. Requirements - Must own a smartphone with an active data plan for work use. - Must own a personal computer for work-related responsibilities. - Must own a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and be willing to travel within designated service regions for recruiting events. - Must be able to respond to urgent operational matters as needed. - This position reports on Zoom Monday through Friday from 9 AM-5 PM. - There is an expectation to monitor missed clock-ins or missed clock-outs outside of standard business hours.

Title: Mortgage Closer Location: Herndon United States Job Description: Overview The Mortgage Lending team assists Northwest Federal Credit Union in living out our vision to be the lifetime financial partner for our member-owners. To achieve this goal, our team must deliver the highest quality service to internal and external members. The primary responsibility of the Mortgage Closer is to provide a seamless conclusion to the loan process by preparing closing packages on first mortgage and equity loans, the funding and disbursement of each loan and insuring compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures along with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, Mortgage Closers work in partnership with teams across the organization to deliver on projects that improve visibility into the member experience.
