• Manage loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, and third parties to move files forward • Review borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, property) for completeness and consistency • Track and manage conditions, deadlines, and closing timelines across multiple files • Identify and resolve issues that could delay closing • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders on status, next steps, and outstanding items • Ensure files meet internal standards and lender requirements • Support closing coordination, including final document review and funding readiness

• Own and continuously improve Morty’s core operational workflows and systems • Diagnose operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions • Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into operational reality • Build structure, processes, and internal infrastructure to support scale • Develop metrics, tracking systems, and decision-support frameworks • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and customer experience • Serve as a central point of ownership for mission-critical operational priorities • Operate comfortably across both strategic and deeply tactical work

• Support licensing and regulatory workflows • Track licensing requirements, renewals, and compliance deadlines • Maintain legal, licensing, and compliance documentation • Assist with compliance training and education initiatives • Support contract management and document organization • Maintain contract records, templates, and tracking systems • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners • Help drive accuracy and consistency across legal and regulatory processes • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues • Support special projects across legal, regulatory, and operational matters

• Own and manage end-to-end customer onboarding processes through handoff to customer success team • Serve as a key execution partner to the COO, driving operational priorities from concept to completion • Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth cross-functional execution • Build, document, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows • Track and manage timelines for licensing renewals and regulatory reporting requirements • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance obligations are met on time • Act as a reliable point of ownership for high-priority operational initiatives
