Role Description At DAZN Bet, we are opening up the world of betting and gaming for our customers—delivering an interactive, accessible, and social experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in establishing DAZN Bet as a leading brand in the Canadian market. We are looking for a CRM Manager – Canada to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving engagement, retention, and reactivation through data-driven, personalised marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on performance, innovation, and customer experience. Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 CAD This role can be based in Toronto, Remote. The internal job title is CRM Manager. As part of our recruitment process, we may use automated or AI-supported tools to assist with application review and screening. These tools are used to support, not replace, human decision-making. Final hiring decisions are always made by our hiring team. What You'll Be Doing: - Own the end-to-end CRM strategy for the Canadian market, driving engagement, retention, and reactivation. - Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns across sportsbook and casino products. - Develop personalised, automated customer journeys to enhance customer experience and lifetime value. - Create and execute innovative promotions and campaigns to drive conversion and revenue growth. - Monitor and optimise bonus spend to maximise profitability and ROI. - Build and maintain robust reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and effectiveness. - Analyse KPIs and customer data to identify commercial opportunities and optimise performance. - Work closely with BI & Data teams to deliver actionable insights and improve targeting strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across DAZN and DAZN Bet to enhance customer engagement and unlock new revenue streams. - Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to ensure compliance and competitiveness. - Ensure all CRM activities align with Responsible Gaming principles and local regulations. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM within the online gaming industry (sportsbook and casino). - Strong experience in customer lifecycle management, retention, and loyalty strategies. - Proven track record of delivering high-performing CRM campaigns that drive revenue growth. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Optimove, Salesforce, or similar platforms (Optimove preferred). - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance. - Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation, and automation. - Knowledge of Canadian gambling regulations, marketing restrictions, and market dynamics. - Passion for sport and strong understanding of sports fan behaviour. - Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented approach. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment. - Commercially driven with a strong focus on results and performance.
