As a sales manager for our CRM product (our fastest-growing product line), you will be responsible for building, growing, and developing the very best CRM sales team by providing expert-level industry and sales knowledge, while coaching, training, and focusing on process improvement. The ideal candidate will value transparency and diversity, be driven to success, constantly curious, and have a passion for collaborating with, developing, and helping others. You should excel in building new teams while coaching experienced Account Executives on selling a CRM product suite. Come join our team so, together, we can impact how teams work across the globe! Requirements - 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales management - 3+ years of experience selling a CRM SaaS solution - Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle management & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus! - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute.
