• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of our imaging solution across diverse healthcare environments. • Design and implement scalable, secure integrations across PACS, EHR, and HL7 interfaces to support clinical workflows. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving DICOM, HL7, VPNs, and secure image routing. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements based on customer needs and field insights. • Serve as an escalation point for advanced support and implementation issues. • Mentor and guide junior technical services engineers; contribute to onboarding and team skill development. • Design and improve internal tools, automation scripts, and monitoring systems for operational efficiency. • Develop high-quality technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content. • Represent the technical services team in customer meetings and cross-functional projects.

• Investigate and resolve escalated production issues impacting providers and patients. • Troubleshoot software systems backed by databases, using SQL queries to validate data, system behavior, and root causes. • Diagnose issues at the system level - including configuration, integrations, and workflow behaviour - not just restarting services, but understanding why something is failing. • Identify and replicate bugs, and escalate internally with clear documentation. • Support PACS, DICOM, and healthcare application workflows in a live production environment, and maintain SLAs for high-impact cases. • Document repeatable troubleshooting processes, system behaviours, and workarounds; contribute to process and tooling improvements. • Contribute to technical implementation projects, supporting PACS/RIS/EMR integrations and DICOM/HL7 configuration as needed. • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Account Management, and Technical Services to resolve complex issues.

• Build and maintain data models and transformation workflows that support analytics, reporting, and product use cases. • Support the development and improvement of data pipelines and systems to process and analyze healthcare data, gaining experience across the full data engineering lifecycle from ingestion and transformation to storage and consumption. • Work with Python and SQL to transform, validate, and troubleshoot data across our platform. • Contribute to our Databricks-based analytics platform and help improve the usability, quality, and documentation of our datasets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and contribute to our data infrastructure roadmap. • Gain hands-on exposure to machine learning workflows - from data preparation and feature engineering to model training - with room to grow deeper as the team and your skills evolve.
