Role Description Be responsible for the whole creative process at one of the company's strip and drive its success like a Creative Marketing Specialist. It's an opportunity to work in a team with strong marketing expertise and a long track record of positive results. Your successful idea can become not only a new creative concept but also potentially a new work funnel. - Write and manage video & static creatives tasks for one of our products; - Take part in creative meetings, ideate new creative concepts; - Cooperate with marketing managers to meet their requirements for quantity, quality, and types of video creatives; - Analyze competitors & quickly implement their up-to-date creative ideas; - Analyze creatives performance and make decisions for better results. Qualifications - Preferably 1+ years in the marketing industry; candidates with less experience are welcome; - Upper Intermediate/Advanced English is a must; - Knowledge of basic performance marketing metrics; - Experience in working with Chat GPT, Midjourney, Kaiber, or similar AI-generative tools; - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment; - Attentive to details, high level of self-organization and time management. Requirements - Nice to have experience with UGC creators/bloggers/influencers; - Nice to have experience with video format (production/editing/filming etc.).
