• Lead implementation of supply chain excellence program across multiple manufacturing sites • Identify business improvement opportunities and lead initiatives • Deliver results using tools and techniques associated with continuous improvement • Provide insight and direction to help hit targets and identify areas of improvement • Recommend areas for productivity improvement and promote cost-savings programs • Redesign non-added value work processes and ensure individuals manage new processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is engineering is preferred
- 10-15 years of proven program management
- Managerial courage to take a position and stand by it
- Dealing with ambiguity
- Interpersonal savvy
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Lean application background experience (e.g. TPM, 6S, Black Belt)
- Experience with IWS is highly desired
- Experience in manufacturing operations is highly desired
- CPG experience is highly desired
