• Own demand planning across the full assortment (core + new launches) • Monitor and analyze: - On-hand inventory - Purchase orders - Sell-through rates - Sales trends (by channel and SKU) • Build replenishment plans and recommend when to open / increase / adjust POs • Create purchase orders and manage PO documentation • Track production and delivery timelines end-to-end • Coordinate multi-step manufacturing timelines (including components moving between factories) • Partner with Operations to ensure accurate ETAs, lead times, and inventory projections • Maintain forecasting tools, reporting, and inventory planning dashboards**

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Replenishment
  • Experience supporting a US-based e-commerce brand (strong preference in consumer goods)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Lead times
  • MOQ constraints
  • sell-through forecasting
  • purchase planning
  • Comfortable creating and managing POs directly
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, forecasting models)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, Product, and external factories
  • Strong ownership mindset: you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to analyze
  • Consumer goods manufacturing experience (components, packaging, multi-vendor production)
  • Experience with inventory tools like NetSuite, Cin7, ShipBob, Shopify, or similar
  • Experience managing launches and seasonal forecasting**

What You’ll Do Provide day‑to‑day SAP ECC support across procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, and quality‑related functions, including hands‑on configuration, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis. Support and enhance procurement processes, including PO lifecycle, source lists, info records, subcontracting, consignment, pricing conditions, GR/IR, and supplier master data alignment. Strengthen and optimize inventory and warehouse execution, including goods receipt, putaway, picking, staging, bin management, transfer orders, replenishment, cycle counting, physical inventory, batch/serial management, and handling units (if applicable). Collaborate closely with other SAP functional teams and developers; must have experience working with and managing contractors. What You Bring 10–15+ years hands‑on SAP experience with deep SAP ECC expertise in MM, IM, WM, and strong working knowledge of QM. Strong understanding of procurement, warehousing, inventory transactions, quality inspection integrations, and the related master data required to support these processes. Experience supporting operational teams in day‑to‑day purchasing, warehouse, and quality‑related activities, including the ability to walk through real operational scenarios and troubleshoot effectively. Ability to communicate with business users in clear, simple, jargon‑free language. Curiosity, strong problem‑solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Must‑Haves Must be hands‑on in ECC configuration across MM/IM/WM (not just oversight). Must be able to run workshops with purchasing, warehouse, and manufacturing teams.
