• Manage multiple complex layout projects, providing timely status reports within systems. • Lead designs from kick-off through tape-out, encompassing rigid, rigid-flex, and flex PCBs for both product and non-product/test projects. • Proactively schedule and drive project meetings (Kick-off, Placement, Constraint, and Design Reviews) to ensure design verification using Design Traveler document. • Create and modify engineering tool project templates, meta-data, configuration data, and rules. • Apply a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly for power distribution, high-speed circuits, and RF signals. • Identify project execution risks or slowdowns proactively and collaborate with managers and/or technical program managers to propose alternative PCB development workflow solutions. • Understand and propose practical fit and function solutions related to miniaturization concepts. • Proactively partner with EE Leads, Mechanical Engineering, TPMs, and other cross-functional teams (XFNs) to resolve design issues. • Work with internal DFM engineers to confirm supplier requirements at project launch. • Engage with external suppliers and Supplier Quality/Process Engineering (SQE/PE) to resolve DFM issues and ensure high-yield builds.

• Review and approve the modification of existing databases and database management systems. • Instruct staff to write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify database identifiers to the management system. • Direct database development and approve project scope and limitations. • Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate the time and cost required to accomplish the project. • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure. • Approve, schedule, plan and supervise the installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems. • Develop standards and guidelines to guide software use and acquisition and to protect vulnerable information.

• Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting to track hyperscaler consumption, commitments, forecasts, and key performance indicators • Create clear, concise executive materials that synthesize insights, highlight risks and opportunities, and outline recommended actions • Support the design and execution of a hyperscaler consumption strategy, including identification of gaps between commitments and realized usage • Partner with client stakeholders to define and operationalize consumption governance, metrics, and reporting cadence • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of cloud usage, spend, and workload adoption to inform decision-making • Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, track progress, and drive accountability • Provide program support through structured status updates, issue identification, and risk management.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders • Lead discovery workshops, design sessions, and roadmap discussions • Translate business goals into platform-aligned transformation strategies • Independently drive end-to-end requirement gathering (business, functional, process) • Define to-be operating models and customer journeys across banking domains • Design scalable solutions leveraging: Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud • Ensure alignment across process, data model, integrations, and user experience • Apply strong banking domain expertise in various areas including retail, commercial, and compliance workflows • Lead distributed teams (onshore + offshore pods) across design and delivery • Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and execution governance • Mentor and guide architects, developers, and analysts

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack internal tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. • Automate processes and workflows using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Hack). • Build and enhance backend systems to support data management and operational needs. • Establish and advise on technical best practices for software development. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., attorneys, Data Science, Data Engineering) to gather requirements and provide technical counsel. • Create and maintain internal documentation for tools, systems, and workflows. • Stay up to date on new technologies and internal systems relevant to operational excellence.

• Defines what the company says to the market and ensures content supports sales and customer conversations • Turns capability and industry-aligned messaging into clear, useful content • Serve as a strategic partner to industry leaders, proposal strategists, sales enablement, and commercial marketing leadership to translate business priorities into clear, compelling content narratives and programs • Develop content themes aligned to capabilities and industries • Create thought leadership and sales-support content (blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, email newsletters and templates, reports, social content, etc.) • Structure content for case studies, narratives, and campaigns • Ensure consistency across all content and messaging • Continuously update content based on feedback and market needs • Project manage the full campaign & content creation lifecycle including: gathering insights from key stakeholders, developing the project brief, confirming channel-plan and execution strategy, working with the copy/design team for project development, ensuring content aligns with strategic objectives, and supporting the publishing and promotion of final content outputs • Capture projects and status in the content calendar • Regularly report on competitor insights and market trends and translate them into content execution as appropriate

• Define and maintain clear value propositions and competitive differentiation for assigned capabilities • Bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer business outcomes to ensure a "solution-first" narrative • Tailor messaging for priority industries, developing specific use cases and solution narratives • Develop and deliver comprehensive Sales Playbooks, messaging frameworks, and enablement toolkits • Support sales teams during active customer engagements by refining value-driven communication • Manage and own capability content within Highspot, ensuring all materials are structured, up-to-date, and easily accessible • Collaborate with alliance teams to integrate partner technologies into Genpact offerings • Articulate joint value propositions that highlight the strength of our partner ecosystem • Provide strategic messaging input for marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and broader GTM initiatives • Partner with sales and solution teams to gather customer insights and identify messaging gaps • Analyze content usage and engagement metrics in Highspot to prioritize content development and improve adoption

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies, including EIBs (inbound/outbound), Workday Connectors, RaaS, Workday Extend/Cloud Integration (WECI), and APIs (REST/SOAP). • Resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner. • Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration touchpoints. • Provide guidance on integration best practices and translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders. • Manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.

• Support Asset-Based Lending (ABL) and Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) operations • Prepare and validate borrowing base reports across multiple credit facilities • Reconcile internal borrowing base models with trustee-generated reports • Investigate and explain discrepancies between cash balances and pro-forma adjustments • Liaise with trustees and lenders to resolve reporting differences and ensure timely sign-off • Review monthly trustee reports for CLO portfolios prior to lender/investor distribution • Perform month-over-month variance analysis across collateral and cash positions • Validate key CLO metrics • Coordinate annual and ad-hoc submissions to rating agencies for CLOs and private credit vehicles • Support audits and lender requests related to borrowing base and reporting • Maintain and enhance borrowing base and lender-specific datasets • Track daily cash balances across multiple funds and entities
