Product Marketing Associate
HighLevel
• Manage logistical tracking and coordination to ensure Content Army creators receive timely assignments • Oversee payment coordination and track performance metrics • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency • Coordinate Product Marketing events including Town Halls, webinars, and partner sessions • Manage end-to-end event logistics including scheduling, presenter coordination, and follow-ups • Manage execution of marketing campaigns including events, drip campaigns, and landing pages • Build and maintain marketing automations and workflows within HighLevel • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and multiple initiatives simultaneously • Build high-quality, on-brand presentation decks • Develop and maintain product marketing collateral such as one-pagers, blogs, and comparison docs • Develop strong working knowledge of the HighLevel platform • Build in-app marketing experiences (Pendo) to drive adoption and engagement • Act as a reliable product knowledge resource for internal teams
Job Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience using HighLevel products/services
- Up to 2 years of marketing experience
- 1 year of project management experience
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Asana, HubSpot, Pendo, GA4, etc.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to independently execute
- Ability to think from a customer perspective
- Strong project management capabilities
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with moderate ambiguity.
