Role Description This high-impact role is designed for a strategic, commercially focused professional who can pivot seamlessly from evaluating commercial risk to architecting and launching the sales programs that drive Lumen's growth. The Senior Lead Business Analyst is responsible for developing business insights, driving action with those insights, and transforming Lumen’s commercial strategy into actionable tactics to deliver sales and revenue results. This individual will progress AGT’s commercial objectives across all our business segments: Large Enterprise, Public Sector, Mid Markets, Wholesale, and our Partner community. These objectives include Funnel, Sales, Revenue, and Seller Productivity targets, which are key drivers of Lumen's growth. This role requires a strong understanding of Lumen’s services and commercial model. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong data analytics skills, deliver clear, compelling executive-level presentations, and develop impactful insights. This individual will have a track record of building and running successful commercial programs. This is an individual contributor role which requires the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization from the Senior Leadership Team to all levels in the field. Main Responsibilities - Synthesize complex information into clear insights, and executive‑ and field-ready materials. Lead the creation of sales strategies, frameworks and motions to bring forward to customer facing teams. - Lead structured analyses across funnel health, conversion, coverage, productivity, and program effectiveness—moving beyond reporting to clearly identify root causes, risks, and actionable levers for improvement. - Lead high‑visibility initiatives with rigor and accountability. Plan and execute complex, multi‑stakeholder workstreams with disciplined project management owning timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery. - Influence decisions at the Senior Leadership Team level and motivate action in the field. - Ensure on-time and in-full fulfillment of all deliverables. Develop, communicate, and execute on project plans. - Measurable results. Responsible not only for delivery, but also for measurability of results tracking to Acceleration & Growth Team KPIs. - Cross-team collaboration. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
