Role Description As a member of the Transformation and Delivery team, you will plan, coordinate, and oversee operations on company projects. Your duties are to assist with timeline development, ensure projects stay on schedule, provide supervision from start to finish, and offer guidance to improve progress. You will support project development teams, communicate with cross-functional resources to fill project needs, obtain project resources, review project quality, and create relevant project reports. - Planning and coordination: Assisting with project planning and coordination, including creating schedules and defining tasks. - Team collaboration: Working with senior project managers to implement plans and ensure team members understand their roles. - Progress monitoring: Monitoring project progress and reporting updates. - Communication: Facilitating communication between stakeholders to align project objectives. - Risk management: Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies. - Documentation: Assisting in creating project documentation (project charters, timelines, business cases, proposals, meeting minutes, status reports, monthly op review slides). - Budgeting: Assisting with resource allocation and budgeting. - Collaboration: Work alongside different business partners to develop programs and enhancements that meet the organization’s best practices.
