IFM Vendor Manager

• Manage the overall vendor management program • Ensure applicable meetings are scheduled with the vendors and tracking of outstanding action items to their completion • Ensure management is aware of any serious deficiencies with the vendors and outlining and managing the corrective action plan • Drive adherence to established processes and demonstrate agility to meet Vendor Management program requirements • Maintain proper identification of regulated service providers subject to GxP controls at the account, and enforce change management of these vendors at the account • Support preparation of required vendor qualification documentation • Escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately • Identify and drive best practices and standardization • Lead and direct process and program improvement • Manage the process that enables vendors to be included within the VM program • Serve as point of escalation for issues related to vendor performance • Assist and lead when applicable communications, processes, reporting, and program outputs to management • Act as a central point of contact between JLL and vendor and be able to manage all levels of stakeholders to create success • Drive ongoing process improvement to deliver increasing operational efficiency
