Amgen
• Identify and deliver practical automation solutions across core systems including Salesforce, Conga CLM and CPQ, Model N, and Anaplan. • Solutions may include workflow automation, system configuration, integrations, and, where appropriate, Generative AI. • Streamline contracting and pricing workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. • Work closely with Contracting Operations, Pricing, and Product teams to deliver targeted solutions that address real business needs. • Lead delivery of automation solutions across Contracting Operations workflows with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and measurable business impact. • Design and deliver solutions supporting contract lifecycle processes including creation, approvals, amendments, and renewals. • Support pricing and revenue workflows across CPQ and Model N, including validation, execution, and data alignment. • Enable process improvements in forecasting and planning workflows within Anaplan. • Implement data synchronization and orchestration across Salesforce, Conga, Model N, MuleSoft, Databricks and Anaplan. • Introduce AI-assisted capabilities where they provide clear business value, such as contract summarization, clause insights, and natural language interaction with contract and pricing data. • Develop lightweight assistants or copilots embedded within existing platforms to improve user productivity.
Job Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field OR Master’s degree and 8 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field AND 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams delivering software, automation, or system solutions.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing automation and system integration solutions across enterprise platforms.
- 2+ years of experience applying AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI, within business workflows where appropriate.
- Demonstrated experience delivering workflow automation, system configuration, and integrations across SaaS platforms such as Salesforce or similar ecosystems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Strong understanding of when to apply AI-driven approaches versus deterministic automation to solve business problems effectively.

Role Description The Telephonic Case Manager coordinates resources and develops cost-effective, personalized care plans for ill or injured individuals. The goal is to support quality treatment and, when appropriate, a timely return to work. This role uses clinical expertise to assess the appropriateness of current treatment plans based on the patient’s medical and physical condition. The Case Manager communicates directly with treating physicians to evaluate and recommend alternative care options when needed. They also explain medical conditions and treatment plans to patients, family members, and adjusters, while supporting the objectives of the Case Management department and of CorVel. This is a remote role. - Provide medical case management to individuals through coordination with the patient, the physician, other health care providers, the employer, and the referral source. - Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient's progress. - Evaluate patient's treatment plan for appropriateness, medical necessity, and cost effectiveness. - Utilize medical and nursing knowledge to discuss the current treatment plan/alternate treatment plans with the physician. - Make medical recommendations of available treatment plans to the payer. - Implement care such as negotiating and coordinating the delivery of durable medical equipment and nursing services. - Devise cost-effective strategies for medical care. - Required to prepare organized reports within a specified timeframe. - Minimum Productivity Standard is 95% per month. - Additional duties as assigned.
