• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring execution within scope, timeline, and budget • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, design, business) to define and deliver high-value features • Define and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint goals aligned with strategic objectives • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria • Communicate product vision, goals, and requirements clearly to development teams • Plan and manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across projects • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, stakeholder updates) • Provide regular and transparent reporting on project status and roadmap progress • Work closely with game designers to shape features and player experiences • Oversee feature implementation, ensuring alignment with product vision and business goals • Ensure high-quality delivery through QA oversight, reviews, and playtesting support • Drive continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and delivery standards • Manage operator and partner integrations, acting as the main point of contact • Coordinate integration efforts across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery • Support L2 teams with escalations and complex issue resolution • Monitor performance and adoption, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and regulatory requirements • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and player expectations • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the game portfolio

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Project Manager
  • Proven experience in gaming or iGaming (slot games experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong technical background with understanding of system architecture and engineering concepts
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, iterative delivery models)
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with product backlogs, roadmaps, and release planning
  • Familiarity with QA processes and software delivery best practices
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, third-party systems, operators/partners)

Role Description Reporting to the Director of Engineering, as the Engineering Project Manager, Manufacturing you'll oversee engineering projects, with varying levels of complexity, from conception to completion.
