Technical Project Coordinator

Role Description Stefanini Group is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator with German language skills to join our TPMO tower within the Infrastructure Services Division. In this role, you will support complex, global client implementations and contribute to successful project delivery across multiple time zones. You will work closely with project teams, including Technical Project Managers and Technical Project Coordinators, to manage expectations, coordinate deliverables, and help ensure projects stay on track, on scope, and on schedule. German language skills are essential to effectively support our clients and project stakeholders. - Support multiple concurrent complex, global, multi-phased implementations for our clients. - Quickly and effectively gather clients' IT & business requirements to allow design and configure transition and transformation services. - Support with management of client's expectations, drive client deliverables, and exercise scope control to ensure project completes on schedule - including multiple time zones. - Effectively communicate and work with C-Level sponsors, internal and client project teams, international and multi-cultural clients. - Effectively communicate complex ideas and persuade clients to adopt the recommended solution remotely. - Effectively manage and mitigate project risks. - Plan, monitor and forecast project budgeting. - Provide consultative expertise to the client, including guiding clients through key decisions and tradeoffs to maintain project scope and timeline. - Provide contributions to project methodology and document library. - Provide updates on client statuses and escalate issues while maintaining control of the project. - Stay organized and deliver on commitments, including updating any project tracking systems and fulfilling administrative responsibilities. - Deliver outstanding client service to achieve high implementation survey scores. - Work effectively with peers, other departments, and management. - Ensure the appropriate levels of communication with all stakeholders within the customer organization. Qualifications - Previous experience in digital workplace migration projects, including M365, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Endpoint Management, Security, and fundamentals of Infrastructure & Networking. - Solid experience in one or more of the following areas: cross-team coordination, team management, project management, or executive communication. - A keen interest in technology, coupled with a solid understanding of business practices. - Fluent German (C1 level or higher) is required for effective stakeholder communication and project delivery in our German-speaking client environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with digital workplace platforms, Windows applications, and operating systems. - Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and Microsoft Project. - Skilled in reporting and analytics. - Experience and drive for improvement and transformation, with a focus on automation and process efficiency. - Additional experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project Professional (MPP) and JIRA, is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and client management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and communicate technical details effectively. - Enthusiastic public speaker, able to communicate confidently and concisely via email, phone, or video call with a variety of audiences. - Strong analytical abilities to navigate varying levels of complexity, with a focus on process improvement. - Passionate about helping customers and serving as an advocate for their success by leading impactful, engaging sessions and delivering exceptional customer experience. - A high level of personal integrity and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism, demonstrating sound judgment and maturity. - Background in working within a multinational organization, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness. Requirements - ITIL certification is a plus. - Other expertise such as PMI certification is valuable. This position provides high level technical project leadership, and guidance with managing the administrative, commercial, and technical components of EHV Transmission and Substation project(s) or portfolio of projects in accordance with WSP’s core values, and the level of project services agreed upon in the contract by WSP and the client(s). - Responsible for the overall performance of assigned project(s) that are moderate and larger size/complexity and regional in scope. - Includes oversight for financial, technical, client satisfaction, quality, safety, and schedule. - Ensures that responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle (proposal phase, project startup and planning, project execution, reporting, and project closeout) are adhered to, delivered, and audited with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable corporate standards for safety, execution, profitability, and operational purpose.
