• Collaborate with clients and Genpact sales teams to understand business goals, employee experience pain points, and the operating model the client wants to move toward. • Define tailored Agentic Workspace solutions combining Microsoft technologies and translate technical capabilities into executive-friendly value stories with clear linkage to productivity gains, cost takeout, and revenue enablement. • Serve as Genpact's senior solution SME for the Microsoft agentic stack. • Maintain deep, current expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. • Advise clients on when to lead with Microsoft, when to compose across vendors, and how to make pragmatic build/buy/compose decisions. • Act as the lead solution architect in the sales cycle for Agentic Workspace opportunities. • Run high-impact, customer-facing demos and live configuration sessions. • Define the offers, reference architectures, accelerators, and demo assets that make up the Agentic Experience suite. • Own the roadmap, productization, and evolution of Genpact's Agentic Experience suite.
• Solution Development & Sales Enablement: Design holistic architecture for websites, portals, and digital products that may span content management, e-commerce, personalization, and analytics platforms. • Evaluate and recommend the suitable DXP technology stack (Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore XM/XP, Optimizely, etc.) based on client requirements for customer experience, ensuring integration points are well-defined. • Develop architectural blueprints, solution diagrams, and technical roadmaps, aligning platform capabilities with client KPIs. • Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and delivery: support proposal writing with technical approach, estimate effort for implementation, identify assumptions/risks, and guide engineering teams during project execution to ensure the solution meets the design. • Ensure performance, security, and scalability considerations are built into all solution designs.

• Define end-to-end solution architectures across content management, personalization, search, integrations, marketing technology, and cloud platforms. • Lead the design of modern Sitecore implementations including XM Cloud, Headless Services, JSS, Content Hub, Search, and composable DXP architectures. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Marketing, IT, and executive leadership stakeholders. • Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, technical assessments, and solution strategy discussions. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code review, and governance for development teams. • Remain hands-on by contributing to proof-of-concepts, integrations, technical spikes, and critical development efforts. • Design and implement integrations using APIs, GraphQL, middleware platforms, and cloud-native services. • Partner with sales and account teams during pursuits and strategic client engagements. • Lead requirements synthesis, solution definition, estimates, staffing plans, assumptions, and implementation approaches. • Support RFP responses, proposal creation, and executive proposal presentations.
