• Provide strategies and solutions for automating operations and identify streamlined software delivery methodology and technology processes. • Maintain continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Perform backup, recovery, patching, and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) integration. • Certificate Management as well as updates to certificates in production level as well as lower-level environments. • Help in Tier 3 support of the InterSystems HealthShare Application and related technologies. • Installation and Configuration of InterSystems HealthShare base software, kits, and Ad-Hoc patches. • Help support OAuth and SSO configuration and setup.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in information technology and/or Federal Government contracting, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience coding or operating production systems.
  • Requires experience with InterSystems HealthShare.Cache,and Iris systems.
  • Experience automating infrastructure, testing, or deployments of cloud-based applications with tools like Jenkins, Ansible.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions such as DynaTrace, Splunk.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience developing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes to help deliver software of higher quality at greater speed.
  • Experience with AWS, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, IRIS, Unix, Apache, Ansible Python Scripting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of one or more different agile methodologies, including SAFe.
  • Experience with AWS monitoring tools: CloudWatch.
  • Experienced with configuring large middleware applications.

Role Description Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a National Accounts and Data Center Application Engineer. The expected annual salary range for this role is $108,000 - $158,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. This position primarily supports proposal needs for medium, large and/or complex projects pertaining to Eaton related services and solutions. In this position you will: - Lead technical proposal/bid package development and provide power distribution application support for the XX regions and other regions as needed. - Respond to requests from North American sales, channel partners and reps across industrial, commercial, government and utility segments. - Offer detailed project specification analysis, lead pricing development, provide construction estimating/subcontractor scope of work and engage third party vendors. - Support complex proposals related to large turnkey projects. - Provide unique solutions beyond standard specifications to provide greater customer value and incorporate lessons learned to improve solution and pricing strategies. - Provide support to Eaton equipment application engineers in an effort to influence customer and consultation specifications, distributing Eaton Standard Specifications to Consultants and End-Users. - Lead and support project hand-off activities and capture "extras" on projects which were beyond the original specification. - Attend and lead customer presentations via joint customer visits with sales channels.
