Personal Assistant, Marketing Support
Assist World
• Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the founder • Handle routine and “easy” inbound communications • Draft and send professional replies • Make outbound calls when required • Manage calendar and appointments • Coordinate bookings and meetings • Assist with travel planning (flights, accommodation, logistics) • Research and identify PR influencers for product promotion • Assist with outreach coordination • Support execution of ad campaigns (primarily Google & Pinterest ads) • Upload ads and track basic performance metrics • Conduct online research • Assist with ad hoc tasks across the business • Take initiative in identifying ways to reduce the founder’s workload
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Previous VA / Personal Assistant experience
- Comfortable handling emails independently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, influencers)
- Highly organized and proactive
- Able to work PST hours
- Experience with Google Ads or Pinterest Ads (nice to have)
- Experience sourcing or working with influencers (nice to have)
- Background supporting entrepreneurs or personal brands (nice to have)
