• Auxiliar no cadastro, atualização e manutenção de produtos na plataforma de e-commerce • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (tráfego, conversão, ticket médio, abandono de carrinho) • Apoiar campanhas promocionais e ações de marketing digital (e-mail, push, redes sociais) • Monitorar e reportar a disponibilidade de estoque e precificação competitiva • Colaborar com times de logística, marketing e atendimento para garantir a experiência do cliente • Elaborar relatórios periódicos de performance para a liderança
Job Requirements
- Ensino superior cursando ou completo (Administração, Marketing, TI ou áreas afins)
- Conhecimento básico de Google Analytics ou similares
- Excel / Google Sheets intermediário
- Perfil analítico, organizado e proativo
- Experiência com plataformas como VTEX, Shopify, Tray ou Nuvemshop
- Noções de SEO para e-commerce
- Experiência com marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon)
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de e-mail marketing (RD Station, Klaviyo)
