• Perform rigorous end-to-end validations, assessing conceptual soundness, data integrity, and mathematical accuracy. • Develop challenger models and conduct sensitivity testing, back-testing, and stress testing to identify potential model limitations. • Ensure all models are compliant with internal MRM policies and support Model Governance in maintaining an accurate model inventory. • Author high-quality technical validation reports communicating findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership. • Review ongoing performance monitoring to detect model decay and ensure models remain fit for purpose.

• Support the design, administration, and evaluation of employee benefit programs • Analyze data to identify trends, cost drivers, participation patterns, and opportunities for improvement • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit questions • Maintain benefits data integrity in HRIS systems • Assist with compliance activities such as ACA reporting, ERISA requirements, COBRA administration, FMLA. • Evaluate vendor performance and collaborate with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators. • Participate in special projects such as plan redesign, benchmarking studies, and process improvements.

• Provide analytical support and actionable insights for SGWS Supplier Development & Marketing (SDM) executives • Compile and analyze data from a variety of internal and external sources across the portfolio of SDM and SG+ suppliers • Analyze supplier business results, program performance, and contractual compliance • Interact directly with SDM Supplier Executives and the SDM Supplier Strategy team while also collaborating with supplier counterparts • Support department-wide Insights projects that can drive standardization and efficiencies while driving innovation of new reporting capabilities and insights • Analyze business performance scorecards with specific commentary focused on business drivers, performance trends, risks, and opportunities including innovation items, leveraging all available data sources including Compass, SalesNav, and Nielsen • Provide in-depth insights to support executive business decisions and supplier expansions • Work closely to support Supplier Insights leader(s) to research and analyze a portfolio of suppliers using both internal and external tools and resources to uncover key issues, benchmarks, and best practices; synthesize findings into recommendations for optimal business solutions • Influence performance-based culture through the development of analytics, tools, and technology leading to increased transparency, accountability, and best practice for the business • Serve as a contact along with the Supplier Insights Leader(s) for Suppliers to improve sales reporting capabilities by streamlining resource application data into review/reporting • Provide support for additional departmental projects as needed, including serving as an active project participant on cross-functional project teams • Maintain a predetermined set of standards and advise on new and innovative methods to improve the standards • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all delivery-related orders across GroWrk’s global operations • Responsible for the reliability of delivery data and execution follow-up • Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records in the GroWrk platform • Actively monitor and follow up on all delivery operations • Coordinate with global partners to request and validate shipping information • De-escalate incidents and manage communication with internal stakeholders • Perform regional or account-specific delivery audits on demand • Identify opportunity areas in delivery workflows to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability
