**JOB SUMMARY** The Quality Analyst is responsible for managing the various aspects of the medical file review process. They will review the completed referral to ensure client questions have been addressed appropriately and review the completed report for accuracy. It is the responsibility for all of us to maintain a positive working environment that promotes client satisfaction and results. **MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** * Quality Audits* - Reviews reports accompanying medical records to ensure that the report is complete and that all questions posed by the client have been addressed. - Follows up with the reviewer with any additional questions or clarifications needs. - Follows up with the client should there be any additional questions. - Updates clients frequently on referral progress. - Ensures the report is grammatically correct with no spelling errors. - Ensures each referral adheres to the QA checklist prior to the completion. - Formats reports for approval. * Communication* - Communicates clearly and concisely between the customer, reviewer, and Operations team - Must confidently speak with physicians and clients regarding the content of their peer reviews. Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs. ****

• Perform analysis of Computed Tomography studies and other imaging modalities to assist in achieving the best possible patient outcomes with the Navitor TAVI (TAVR) device through thorough pre-case planning. • Create physician-facing reports for TAVI (TAVR) valve sizing and case planning using the 3Mensio software. • Work with the training team to assist in content development as needed for field and customer training. • Analyze CTs for moderately complex cases and provide the commercial team timely reviews to assist in pre-case planning and help determine suitability for Navitor implantation. • Analyze CTs and provide timely reviews as needed for various clinical projects. • Assess when to consult with physician proctors based on case complexity. • Assist in training stakeholders (field team and/or HCPs) on CT imaging acquisition and interpretation. • Assist in developing training content relevant to imaging procedures and image analysis for stakeholders (field team and/or HCPs). • Identify gaps and provide recommendations on CT acquisition process improvements. • Participate in professional education conventions, proctor and investigator meetings, full team trainings and on-site imaging training at hospitals as needed. • Participate in national sales meetings, regional and local field meetings, and internal training as needed. • Answer queries and troubleshoot technical issues as required. • Mentor and train field clinical team members to increase team productivity and achieve goals.

• Prepare change controls, technical justifications and evaluate documents with a focus on microbiological control, based on required quality standards and legislation, providing technical support to all company areas in the development of new products, portfolio maintenance and/or problem resolution; • Ensure that all executed processes comply with current procedures, norms and standards, reporting nonconformities through the use of quality tools such as CAPAs, RIs and CMs when necessary; • Manage governance of development documentation by drafting, reviewing and implementing documents, as well as updating them in the company’s systems in accordance with established procedures; • Report detected quality nonconformities/deviations to management, providing relevant information for assessment and decision-making.

• Perform rigorous end-to-end validations, assessing conceptual soundness, data integrity, and mathematical accuracy. • Develop challenger models and conduct sensitivity testing, back-testing, and stress testing to identify potential model limitations. • Ensure all models are compliant with internal MRM policies and support Model Governance in maintaining an accurate model inventory. • Author high-quality technical validation reports communicating findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership. • Review ongoing performance monitoring to detect model decay and ensure models remain fit for purpose.
