The team consists of veteran entrepreneurs, sales and marketing executives with deep expertise in SaaS go-to-market. It’s an exciting time to be on the Sales team at Marvin. We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who will share in our vision and lead us to win. As an experienced Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle from start to finish. You will use your consultative approach and expertise to identify and qualify leads, drive sales outreach, generate interest and create opportunities with new and existing customers. Working through complex deals, your curiosity and drive to succeed keeps you at the top of the leaderboard. If this is you, we can’t wait to meet you! Key Responsibilities - Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and presenting to closing enterprise deals. - Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets within the enterprise segment. - Understand customer needs and articulate Marvin’s value proposition to C-level executives, UX professionals, and stakeholders. - Contact, qualify and nurture leads through various outreach efforts, including in-person events. - Lead product demonstrations and provide technical expertise during the sales process. - Negotiate pricing and navigate legal and security reviews. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive, preferably experience selling technical SaaS and cloud software in UX/UI organizations or related tech companies, such as product analytics, design tools, or customer feedback platforms. - Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. - Experience with sales related tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, LI Navigator). - Effective communication - ability to have strategic, business-oriented conversation at the VP and C-level, conveying technical differentiators to drive business value. - Regularly iterate messaging that will scale our outbound prospecting engine. - Partner with the SDR, Sales and Sales ops teams to develop account-based sales strategies to uncover value for all go-to-market department leaders. - Intellectual curiosity - will research each account and use that research to develop a hypothesis about how the solution will likely create value for the prospect. - Quick learner - demonstrated ability to quickly learn new products and solutions. - Ability to drive consensus - work with buying team and develop champions to target the Economic Buyer. - Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six figure deals. - Ability to travel occasionally for customer on-site, events and internal summits. Benefits - This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will directly influence our company’s revenue growth and customer success. - You will be the go-to expert who defines how our customers and internal teams understand and use our product. - The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $240,000 - $260,000 annually. - Final offers will be determined with factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. - This role is eligible for commissions, equity and benefits.

The salary range for this position is between £32 and £38 per hour.
