• Own and exceed an annual New ACV target by focusing exclusively on driving revenue through your assigned portfolio of reseller partners. • Recruit, onboard, and enable new reseller partners, ensuring they are fully equipped and certified to sell, implement, and support Mambu’s solutions. • Collaborate closely with resellers to manage complex sales cycles, acting as a trusted advisor to key partner stakeholders and assisting them in presenting the full Mambu platform to their end-customers. • Develop and execute joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business plans with each partner, proactively identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all key partner contacts to ensure a healthy, active, and high-performing channel. • Serve as a direct liaison between the partner and Mambu's internal teams (e.g., Product, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success), ensuring partners have the resources and support they need to succeed.

• Work with our sales team to prepare and present solutions to clients • Prepare demos, assist with proposals and requirements analysis • Interact with clients to understand their strategic and operational needs • Prepare solution materials, conduct product showcases, and run proof of concepts • Work with ecosystem partners to advise customers on implementation strategies • Collaborate with delivery teams and coordinate with product management
• Develop and champion the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Deposits product domain. • Take a data-driven approach to evolving the product strategy, building robust business cases for compelling opportunities. • Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. • Lead the product development lifecycle end to end (from concept to launch) for complex deposit and ledger related initiatives, ensuring adherence to the roadmap. • Develop deep understanding of customer functional requirements and provide clear specifications (PRDs) and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure solutions are built flexibly, scalably, and securely. • Define and analyse metrics to measure the success and adoption of features and enhancements. • Partner with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to define value propositions, positioning, and messaging. • Provide input into pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring alignment with value delivered. • Engage directly with clients and customer-facing teams to support the customer lifecycle with Mambu.
• Nurture opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles, taking a consultative and detailed approach to presenting the full platform features • Create proposals and assist with RFP responses, coordinate deal negotiation, arrange on-site visits to close deals and hand-over projects to the delivery team
