Senior Account Executive – Channel

Mambu

• Own and exceed an annual New ACV target by focusing exclusively on driving revenue through your assigned portfolio of reseller partners. • Recruit, onboard, and enable new reseller partners, ensuring they are fully equipped and certified to sell, implement, and support Mambu’s solutions. • Collaborate closely with resellers to manage complex sales cycles, acting as a trusted advisor to key partner stakeholders and assisting them in presenting the full Mambu platform to their end-customers. • Develop and execute joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business plans with each partner, proactively identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all key partner contacts to ensure a healthy, active, and high-performing channel. • Serve as a direct liaison between the partner and Mambu's internal teams (e.g., Product, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success), ensuring partners have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales, preferably within the FinTech or B2B SaaS industry.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and successfully building a high-performing sales pipeline through a partner ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience in a partner-facing role, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and effectively manage complex partner relationships.
  • Experience selling SaaS or banking products and a strong understanding of how to take a consultative approach to understanding both partner and end-customer needs.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive and tenacious approach to developing and enabling partners to drive sales.
  • Solid technical understanding of SaaS solutions—preferably cloud technology and delivery models—and how they apply to the financial services industry.
