Job Description

Solutions Architect

Humana

• Architect integrated data flows across Apptio, ServiceNow CMDB/APM, financial systems, asset inventories, and data governance platforms • Define authoritative data sources, metadata standards, naming conventions, lifecycle rules, and ownership models supporting TBM • Design and evolve Apptio cost models, including allocation logic, driver structures, unit counts, service taxonomies, and consumption modeling • Improve cost accuracy, reduce unallocated spend, and ensure Apptio outputs are reliable for Finance and Technology leadership • Enhance CMDB structures and data quality to ensure accurate application, asset, and service mapping for downstream financial use • Establish data governance rules, lineage standards, quality expectations, and KPIs across all TBM-related systems • Conduct root-cause analysis on data quality issues and implement long-term architectural solutions to prevent recurrence • Collaborate with Finance, Technology Management, Service Owners, and Data Governance teams to align data, cost structures, and planning cycles • Support annual planning, service costing, and operational measurement by ensuring system alignment and clean data • Leverage LeanIX knowledge to validate application portfolio structures and metadata consistency across systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in solution architecture, systems design, or enterprise architecture
  • Proven background in designing, building, and implementing complex, scalable, and secure technology solutions
  • Apptio, LeanIX, ServiceNow, Data, and documentation experience
