• Own and scale DTN’s account-based marketing strategy, focusing on high-value target accounts and revenue generation in key sectors • Partner closely with Sales leadership and account teams to align on target account selection, account plans, and pipeline goals • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that drive engagement, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration • Develop highly personalized, multi-channel programs across digital, content, executive outreach, and field marketing events • Act as a quarterback across marketing, sales, product marketing, and customer teams to ensure coordinated account engagement • Translate product, market, and account insights into targeted messaging, offers, and content strategies that resonate with buying groups • Collaborate with event marketing to support regional programs, executive events, and in-market activation • Build and optimize account engagement frameworks, scoring models, and reporting to track program effectiveness • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on ABM plays to improve performance and scalability
• Lead outcome-focused discovery to help prospects clarify their problems quickly and connect those needs to measurable business value. • Position DTN as a trusted partner by ensuring handoffs between Sales Engineering and Professional Services are seamless and customer friendly. • Act as the solution expert throughout the sales process, from discovery to close. • Deliver customized product demonstrations and use-case scenarios aligned with client pain points. • Collaborate with sales reps to build compelling business cases that illustrate product value and ROI. • Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions and integrations using DTN’s platform and tools. • Create and maintain technical sales materials including demo scripts, value frameworks, and configuration guidelines. • Respond to technical objections and manage POCs, pilot programs, and trial engagements when applicable. • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them evaluate tradeoffs, understand alternatives, and make confident decisions.
• Designs, develops, and implements GraphQL APIs to provide unified data access across multiple systems • Leads the development and expansion of semantic API architecture including schema design, resolver optimization, and data normalization strategies • Establishes data governance and security practices for semantic API layers • Collaborates with Data Engineering teams to integrate data sources and transformation patterns • Leads quality improvement processes including code reviews, schema validation, and performance optimization • Mentors junior engineers and provides technical leadership on GraphQL and semantic architecture best practices • Develops comprehensive documentation for semantic API patterns and implementations

• Design, build, and maintain agentic AI pipelines and workflows that automate complex, multi-step reasoning and decision support tasks. • Integrate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and iterative improvement. • Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that ground AI outputs in DTN's trusted data and domain knowledge. • Build and maintain AI platform infrastructure and observability tooling — including logging, monitoring, tracing, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems in production. • Leverage AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents, to architect scalable, reliable AI solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, domain experts, and fellow engineers to translate complex business needs into AI-powered solutions. • Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Fuels Operations Hub, including market segmentation, ideal customer profile (ICP) development, launch planning, and competitive positioning • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities through market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis • Lead product launches from planning through execution, coordinating efforts across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams • Define, monitor, and communicate key GTM performance metrics including pipeline influence, win rates, competitive displacement, and sales cycle effectiveness • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks grounded in customer research, competitive intelligence, and DTN’s unique data capabilities • Translate complex fuel operations workflows and pricing dynamics into clear, compelling value propositions for multiple buyer personas • Build and maintain messaging frameworks that scale across web content, sales collateral, campaigns, events, and outbound programs • Conduct ongoing customer and market research through win/loss analysis, customer interviews, prospect discovery, and advisory discussions • Own competitive intelligence efforts, including battle cards, competitor monitoring, and regular sales team briefings • Map buyer journeys and decision-making dynamics across key market segments • Develop and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI tools, competitive materials, objection-handling guides, demos, and sales plays • Deliver training and enablement programs that improve sales effectiveness and accelerate onboarding • Support strategic sales opportunities through customized content and direct engagement when needed • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through webinars, case studies, industry events, analyst engagements, and market commentary
