• Effectively collaborates with account-assigned sales professionals to close sales of strategic, complex/technical products • Uses in-depth subject matter and product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales professionals and customer end-users through sales presentations and product demonstrations • Assists sales professionals in assessing potential applications of company products and developing recommendations to meet customer needs • Prepares detailed product specifications for the implementation of customer products/applications/solutions, as needed • Provides consultation to prospective users, and internal commercial teams and/or product capability assessment and validation • Drives revenue generation for an assigned set of products • Become a trusted advisor to clients and prospects
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of the utilities industry
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in a Solution Engineer, pre-sales, technical sales, or solution delivery role.
- Be a brilliant storyteller, comfortable with challenging customers and prospects and teaching for value.
- Knowledge of the challenges businesses encounter when adopting SaaS solutions in their Digital Transformation journey.
- Strong commercial acumen required
