Videomaker – Editing & Motion

• Edit videos from existing footage, following established key visuals and creative concepts • Create videos that showcase and elevate the agency's projects, products and solutions • Produce social media content (Reels and short-form formats) focused on clarity and impact • Develop product demo videos that explain features and value propositions • Create video case studies communicating process, strategy and project results • Produce the agency's marketing and branding content • Create and animate motion graphics elements (idents, transitions, animated text, overlays, etc.) • Adapt content to different formats and aspect ratios (vertical, horizontal, square) • Collaborate with design, branding and marketing teams • Ensure visual consistency and adherence to the agency's identity • Implement revisions and refinements based on internal feedback
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and/or motion design
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects (or equivalents)
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Good sense of pacing, narrative and audiovisual language for marketing
- Ability to translate visual concepts into clear, engaging videos
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration with creative teams
- Advanced English language skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in a marketing or advertising agency (plus)
- Experience producing product videos (product demos) and visual presentations (plus)
- Knowledge of storytelling for business and marketing (plus)
- Understanding of branding and visual design (plus)
- Experience with UI motion/interaction animation (plus)
- Familiarity with AI tools for editing and content generation (plus)
