Role Description The Executive Producer is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality production work across a range of pharmaceutical marketing initiatives. Qualifications - 8-10+ years of experience in creative production, preferably within an agency environment. - Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising preferred. - Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-channel production projects from concept through delivery. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. - Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level (player-coach mindset). - Experience managing freelance talent and external production partners within a flexible resourcing model. - Experience navigating union and non-union production environments, with an understanding of associated requirements and implications. - Working knowledge of production contracts, talent rights, usage, and negotiation processes.
