• Serve as the project's technical reference and support the team in development decisions; • Evaluate the client's existing codebase and implement improvements focused on security, performance, and scalability; • Participate in defining the solution architecture and platform integrations; • Develop and support complex features within the Shopify ecosystem; • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose appropriate technical solutions; • Support integrations with external systems, payment gateways, ERPs, and third-party services; • Define and promote best practices for development, versioning, and code quality; • Conduct code reviews and provide technical support to other developers on the team; • Maintain code, fix bugs, and ensure application stability; • Participate in project ceremonies and collaborate in a global, multidisciplinary environment; • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform and the project's technical decisions.

• Design, build, and operate the corporate AI Gateway using Azure API Management (APIM). • Develop advanced governance, authentication, routing, and observability policies for generative AI workloads. • Integrate multiple AI providers, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and Adobe Firefly. • Implement FinOps mechanisms to control consumption, per-subscription quotas, token budgeting, and cost attribution. • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform/OpenTofu. • Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions using OIDC authentication. • Create centralized observability mechanisms using Application Insights, KQL, Azure Workbooks, Datadog, and CloudWatch. • Develop APIM policies for SSE streaming, request/response transformation, retry, fallback, and backend routing. • Work on platform security using Azure AD, JWT validation, WAF tuning, Front Door, and Key Vault. • Automate operations and administrative workflows using Bash, PowerShell, and Python. • Produce technical documentation, OpenAPI specs, and materials for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Support internal teams in the secure and scalable adoption of generative AI. • Translate technical limitations and architectural decisions into clear recommendations for different audiences. • Work autonomously to identify needs, prioritize improvements, and continuously evolve the platform.

• Projetar e construir pipelines de CI/CD seguros para múltiplos sistemas de destino. • Desenvolver e gerenciar pipelines usando principalmente GitHub Actions, além de outras ferramentas como Jenkins, Bamboo e Travis. • Automatizar processos manuais e desenvolver ferramentas que aumentem a eficiência operacional. • Colaborar com os times de desenvolvimento para apoiar a adoção de ferramentas e práticas DevOps. • Garantir o uso de padrões seguros e boas práticas em pipelines e infraestrutura. • Escrever e manter infraestrutura como código (IaC), preferencialmente com Terraform (conhecimento em Ansible será considerado um diferencial). • Trabalhar em parceria com as equipes de infraestrutura para entregar soluções robustas e confiáveis. • Solucionar problemas e otimizar os ambientes de desenvolvimento, homologação e produção. • Contribuir para estratégias técnicas e apoiar a evolução da plataforma. • Compartilhar conhecimento e atuar como referência técnica para outros membros do time.
