Technical Program Manager
General Dynamics Information Technology
• Lead and manage development team to modernize and migrate legacy systems to cloud • Collaborate with USPS Government representatives to ensure mission readiness • Introduce AI/ML capabilities into product throughout development process • Ensure business processes from legacy systems are migrated successfully • Collaborate with stakeholders and product architects
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
- Experience managing FFP Software Development Cloud Application migrations and modernization
- Experience building AI-powered applications, including model selection and training using AWS
- Bachelor’s Degree or 14 years of relevant work experience without degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage large-scale IT contracts (over 25 FTEs)
