Role Description Tsunami Tsolutions is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our Quality Management System while driving operational excellence across both our internal operations and customer engagements. This role combines traditional Quality Management responsibilities with business process improvement leadership. Approximately half of the role focuses on maintaining and advancing our AS9100-certified Quality Management System, while the other half focuses on identifying, facilitating, and implementing business process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and related methodologies. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating an AS9100 audit, leading a value stream mapping workshop, coaching employees on process improvement techniques, and helping customers identify opportunities to improve performance. This is a highly visible role that works across all areas of the business and has the opportunity to influence both company operations and customer success. Requirements - Serve as the designated AS9100 Management Representative. - Represent Quality within the Operations Leadership Group (OLG). - Maintain and continually improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS). - Ensure ongoing compliance with AS9100 and customer-specific quality requirements. - Monitor QMS effectiveness through metrics, audits, corrective actions, and management reviews. - Own and oversee Quality processes including NCRs, CARs, Root Cause Analysis, and continual improvement activities. - Serve as the internal Quality subject matter expert and advisor. - Plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal audits. - Lead external audits including AS9100 certification audits and customer audits. - Track findings and corrective actions through closure. - Prepare audit reports and communicate results to leadership. - Ensure organizational readiness for customer and certification audits. - Lead business process improvement initiatives across the organization. - Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops and process reviews. - Identify waste, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. - Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, and other improvement methodologies. - Establish and track process performance metrics and improvement initiatives. - Partner with functional leaders to prioritize and execute improvement projects. - Develop sustainable systems for measuring and improving organizational performance. - Support customer engagements involving process improvement, operational excellence, and business transformation. - Facilitate customer workshops focused on process assessment and improvement opportunities. - Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping. - Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, risk reduction, quality improvement, and cost savings. - Assist customers in developing improvement roadmaps and implementation strategies. - Serve as a trusted advisor on process improvement methodologies and best practices. - Develop and deliver training on Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, and problem-solving methodologies. - Mentor employees in continuous improvement techniques. - Help establish a culture of continual advancement and operational excellence. - Support the development of internal process improvement champions. - Lead or facilitate cross-functional improvement events as needed. - Own and manage the Management Review process. - Facilitate quarterly Management Review meetings. - Prepare Quality and operational performance metrics. - Own and manage document control systems and processes. - Oversee the Quality Management System document repository and supporting workflows. Role Description The IFS Finance Business Analyst is a strategic role responsible for leading the analysis, optimization, and implementation of financial processes within an IFS ERP system. This role demands a high level of expertise in finance operations, IFS ERP functionality, and project management. The senior analyst will not only ensure that the finance module meets advanced business requirements but also drive improvements, manage complex projects, and lead cross-functional teams. - Strategic Planning and Leadership: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for leveraging the IFS finance module to meet organizational goals. Qualifications - Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - Extensive experience in finance or as a Business Analyst with a significant portion focused on IFS ERP systems in a senior capacity. - Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams in a complex organizational environment. - In-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting standards, and compliance regulations. - Proven track record of implementing significant improvements or changes within an ERP environment, preferably IFS. - Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. - Requires ability to travel. Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-savvy Materials Support Specialist to join our Sustainment and Support team. This role is critical to maintaining our Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements and ensuring the smooth logistical flow of aircraft parts. You will be responsible for the daily execution of quotes, database reconciliation, and supplier dashboard management within the MMAPS project and SAP environment. Key Responsibilities - Daily Operations: - Quote Management: Proactively process quotes to meet strict turn-around time targets. - Data Integration: Execute morning uploads and ensure data consistency across multiple internal databases. - SAP Actions: Perform routine SAP transactions, including PO reconciliation and status updates. - Warehouse Liaison: Research and resolve discrepancies in warehouse data to ensure parts are moving accurately through the system. - Weekly and Monthly Maintenance: - Inventory Control: Process scrap updates and clear lingering items in SAP. - Forecasting: Support the Rotable Business Unit forecast to align part availability with future demand. - Performance Tracking: Manage and update Supplier Dashboards (Part 1 & 2) to maintain high-quality vendor standards. - Regulatory and Urgency Tasks: - Customs Compliance: Expedite customs requests to prevent shipping delays for international logistics. - Surplus Requests: Process ad-hoc surplus requests as required by the mission. Qualifications - Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and the ability to navigate complex databases. - ERP Experience: Prior experience with SAP or a similar Material Management and Parts System is highly preferred. - SQL Experience: Practical knowledge and skills using Structured Query Language to manage databases and write queries for data retrieval, updates, and database management tasks preferred. - Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying data inconsistencies that others might miss. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to work independently to research and resolve issues without constant supervision.
