• Lead a team of QEs embedded in Agile squads: hiring, coaching, performance management, and growing your ICs along our QE career ladder. • Manage QE resource allocation across squads: rebalancing coverage as priorities shift, covering for leave or open headcount, and surfacing tradeoffs to Engineering and Product when demand exceeds capacity. • Own the QE practice across the squads your QEs work in, enforce release readiness standards through our quality gates, and keep Qase traceability coherent. • Review test plans authored by your team and raise the bar on coverage, clarity, and maintainability. • Partner with peer QE managers, the Tooling and Automation team, Data Engineering, and Product to identify critical automation paths and build them into the quality gates, balancing the flows customers actually use with the flows we want customers adopting. • Pull in our nonfunctional QE specialists (Data, Security, Performance) where their expertise sharpens coverage for the squads your QEs are in. • Partner with Customer Support and Customer Success to bring customer signal into QE, positioning your team as customer advocates who catch failure modes before they become widespread. • Own post-release quality: driving QE response and root cause analysis when escapes happen, and feeding those learnings back into gates, test coverage, and process. • Enforce existing QE processes and drive continuous improvement. Contribute to Themis, our Python/PyTest/Playwright-based automation framework that implements our quality gates.

• Participate in hiring and staff management for the Data QA team • Manage operational tasks for the Data QA team and provide support on technical and non-technical items to team members • Oversee and administer onboarding and staff training for the QA team • Lead the Data QA involvement on cross-departmental projects, directly interacting with other departments working on the projects, stakeholders, and management • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on various datasets and support other Catalist teams on usage of those datasets • Serve as the primary resource for investigating and communicating anomalies in Catalist data across the management team

Education, Training and Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in ancillary insurance or a related field. - Experience with reviewing or preparing rate structures, financial summaries, or other insurance-related calculations preferred. - Training or coursework in insurance, finance, business, analytics, or a related discipline is a plus. - Familiarity with quality assurance processes, audit methods, or presentation review procedures is beneficial. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $25 to $30 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. • Provide Quality oversight for multiple 4DMT Clinical Studies, including the following study-specific activities: • Develop and implement Clinical Study Quality Plans for specific 4DMT clinical studies, focused on ensuring subject safety/rights, study data integrity, and GCP compliance. • Provide guidance and support to clinical study teams, including via attendance at Study team meetings and via investigation and management of Clinical Study Quality Events. • Ensure principles of Risk Management are applied to the Clinical Study per ICH E6. • Identify, communicate, and escalate significant incidents of GCP non-compliance and follow to resolution, acting at all times with an appropriate sense of urgency. • Plan, perform, and/or oversee GCP Compliance audits of high-risk clinical vendors/sites, including clinical investigator sites. • Ensure audit findings are communicated to audit stakeholders and collaborate with auditees and vendors to track, review, approve, and assess the adequacy of CAPAs. • Perform Clinical Document reviews, ensuring the quality, accuracy and completeness of various documents, including as applicable Clinical Protocols, IBs, DSURs, Module 2.6 Tabulated and Written Summaries, and Integrated Summaries.
