Role Description The role of the Assistant Project Manager is to support the project manager in their role of managing the project. This support role is critical to project success by assisting the team with deliverables, day to day tasks, and documentation. This role has expectations of up to 50-75% travel annually, unless currently residing in a local area near a jobsite. Responsibilities - Be familiar with project scope of work and pricing. - Coordinate communication with PM and project personnel. - Develop Cx plans for review by PM. - Develop project schedules for review by PM. - Review timelines for project deliverables with PM and project team members. - Populate and organize the project folder with all project documentation from the client / EOR / GC. - Communicate with project team on various requirements and travel arrangements. - Participate in project meetings and create meeting minutes. - Participate in all punch list meetings. - Assist testing engineers with punch list management. - Review reporting requirements and prepare templates for project team. - Monitor project budget and profitability. - Develop project plans in Smartsheet for PM review. - Review project status and create invoices in Ajera (accounting software). Qualifications - Work experience: Project management or similar role, 0-5 years.
