• Managing the budget, scope, and timeline and reporting development progress to the stakeholders. • Working directly with external clients - building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and having a business-oriented approach. • Coordinating the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of the overall project success with the support of a team and according to best practices learnt during the onboarding period. • Motivating, supporting and guiding the project team. • Creating or facilitating creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when necessary. • Looking for improvements and questioning the status quo. • Being ready to face unpredictable situations and come up with the best solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Have an in-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 2,5 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects.
  • Are well-versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools - Jira, Pivotal Tracker or other.
  • Have experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices.
  • Easily understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions.
  • Have a proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers and QA specialists.
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2).
