Job Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of project management standards across Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing phases.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira/Confluence or similar), Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and MS Project or equivalent planning tools.
  • Strong proficiency in both Portuguese and English is required for effective client communication. Knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
  • Well-organized, highly motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities at once.
  • Adaptive to change, attentive to detail, and a strong team player.
  • Project Management certification — a plus.
