Required experience: - Extended experience in project management experience in a cross-business area capacity. - Extended Project Management experience including high complexity, cross business area projects. - Experience using with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules. - Extended experience managing the entire project lifecycle. Das gibt es zu tun 1) Kundenprojekte steuern mit Fokus auf Kundenausbau - Du steuerst laufende Kundenprojekte im Bereich digitaler Kommunikation (UX/UI, Content-Produktion, Websites/Portale, CMS) und hältst Scope, Budget, Qualität und Timing im Griff. - Du führst Kund:innen sicher durch Entscheidungen, moderierst Workshops und sorgst für ein klares Zielbild sowie eine saubere Umsetzung mit dem Projektteam. - Du entwickelst Kund:innen aktiv weiter: Du erkennst Bedarfe frühzeitig und übersetzt sie in Upselling-/Ausbau-Potenziale und konkrete nächste Schritte. 2) Neukundengewinnung im Presales (Ausschreibungen/Pitches) - Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Presales, insbesondere bei Ausschreibungen, und treibst die Bearbeitung eigenverantwortlich voran. - Du erstellst Konzepte für Ausschreibungsunterlagen (Methodik/Vorgehen, Team/Organisation, Zeitplan, QS, Risiken/Annahmen) und orchestrierst die Zuarbeiten aus den Fachdisziplinen. - Du überzeugst in Pitches: Storyline und Unterlagen vorbereiten, präsentieren, Q&A souverän führen. Das bringst du mit - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement digitaler Kommunikations- und Website-Projekte (UX/UI, Content, CMS, Webentwicklung) im Public Sector oder public-nahen Branchen. - Erfahrung im Business Development/ Presales: Ausschreibungen, Konzepte, Angebotserstellung, Aufwandsschätzung, Stakeholder-Management, Projektanbahnung. - Starkes vertriebliches Mindset und Lust auf Kund:innenentwicklung (Upselling/Cross-Selling). - Du bist sicher im Umgang mit agilen oder klassischen Projektmethoden und rundest mit einer Zertifizierung idealerweise dein Profil ab (z.B. PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA oder Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, SAFe Agilist) - Sehr gutes schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen (Konzeptqualität) und hohe Präsentationssicherheit (Pitchqualität). - Struktur, Verbindlichkeit und Eigenverantwortung. Du kannst Themen treiben, priorisieren und Teams koordinieren. - Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium  - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
