• Project Manager who can also play the role of Scrum Master for the project. • Strong agile exposure using scrum, helping the team with SCRUM ceremonies, building a culture of customer delight while constantly looking for improvements with each sprint. • Ability to convey a message in a simple and structured manner to the client stakeholders. • Experience of handling delivery, Implementation, Consulting projects. • Understanding of agile metrics and processes. • Planning, organizing and monitoring the project, managing goals, risks, issues and resources throughout the project lifecycle. • Mentoring the team members and supporting them for team and individual success. • Reporting the status of key project metrics (e.g. scope, schedule, quality, etc.) from inception through closure. • Consulting mindset, participation to account growth activities.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Experience managing end-to-end delivery (implementation, consulting, or transformation projects).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, sprint reports, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
  • Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills.

Role Description The NISC IV program at Leidos is seeking a Scrum Master to provide specialized expertise in support of the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) Office of Performance Analysis, Data Integration and Modeling Group. You will use your expertise in agile / scrum methodologies to develop software applications related to the operation and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS). This support will also include innovative methodologies, processes, architectures, and technologies that support the transformation of NAS data into meaningful, useful, and actionable information to support business decisions.
