Role Description - With an outside look, help the directors and the producers with the organization of Jira, which implies the very detailed day to day up to the big picture. - Help the team define and refine processes about every aspect of the company, which includes helping producers with the governance, making the company more efficient in the long run. - Be a source of proposition when it comes to new ways of visualizing the data, or pointing out issues that happen in production. - Daily upkeep of the Jira structure, sprint and milestone tidiness, and help enforcing the rules. Success Criteria - You have become the go-to person when there is a Jira question, or an automation to put in place. - You are able to present data-driven outlooks of the way we work to help the team in the usual rituals we have (sprint planning/retro, milestone planning/retro). - Jira usage in the company is wider, and user satisfaction improved (not based on the software itself but on the dashboards created and automation in place). - You are in touch with every team on a sprintly basis (once every 3 weeks).
