This is a hands-on, high-travel role ideal for someone eager to learn quickly, take initiative, and make a difference in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid in Ontario Canada, flexible in office hybrid schedule. Travel within Canada required. What you will do: - You will develop and implement national product launches, product phase out and product support and maintenance - You will develop and manage a complete marketing program for the successful introduction, marketing and sale of the products - You will make recommendations regarding product improvements on existing products and on the feasibility of new product development - You will establish, monitor and manage product life cycles (forecasting) and set minimum and maximum levels for products within portfolio - You will develop education program opportunities including consulting contracts, agenda creation and one-on-one learning opportunities - You will represent the specific portfolio at regional, national and international conferences, meetings and symposia - You will develop strategic business plans to respond to trends and aggressively grow the specific portfolio - You will provide recommendations, strategic plans and insight to senior management regarding the specific portfolio and how to exceed market growth in that portfolio - You will provide support to the sales force through product information, in-service and trial support, troubleshooting, assistance with product information sessions, promotion of new products, and representation for the portfolio at industry conferences and Stryker sponsored events - You will manage the development and distribution of marketing materials and promotions for the specific portfolio and curriculum for educational initiatives - You will manage statistical sales reporting systems to provide market trend analysis reports What you need: Required: - Bachelor’s degree required Preferred: - MBA preferred - Bilingual preferred - Medical device or marketing experience is preferred Canada Pay Ranges: - Canada: $62,600 - $83,450 CAD Annual Travel Percentage: 50%

Jack Henry is currently looking for a marketing professional who has experience developing and executing marketing events, tradeshows, conferences, and bank associations and credit union league memberships, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and other client and prospect engagement opportunities. This may also include marketing campaign creation and execution as well as other programs to drive demand for prioritized financial solutions. The Marketing Specialist is expected to demonstrate advanced product knowledge and to research, understand, and articulate FI audience segments, needs, and opportunities. They will focus on the sales teams needs and goals by helping to develop annual, quarterly, and monthly goals and to plan and serve as project sponsor to identify, ideate, propose, budget, and manage marketing initiatives across their areas of responsibility. This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO. The salary range for this position is $70-80k and will be determined based on location and experience level. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you'll be responsible for: - Develops the Banking State Association and Credit Union League trade show engagement strategy for engaging best with our prospective clients in a more localized event engagement plan. - Collaborates with Sr. Managers and other Specialists within Marketing to help to identify strategic engagement opportunities across key bank and credit union audiences, buyer segments and personas while leading the execution of those initiatives. - Influences sales pipeline growth and nurturing by designing and executing solution marketing campaigns that support Jack Henry's top business priorities. - Partners with relevant product SMEs and sales team leaders to help identify and coordinate all aspects of event management and engagement focus. - Identifies and executes needed updates and maintenance of all capability and product collateral and manages the development of new event, solution, and capability collateral as needed to ensure that the most current support materials and literature are accessible to sales. - Helps facilitate conversations with internal go-to-market product and sales teams and Corporate Strategy teams to understand product/solution value propositions and competitive messages. - Serves as strategic marketing contact for designated lines of business while providing marketing expertise to internal stakeholders. - Serves as a B2B marketing specialist to guide a team including executives, sales, product, creative, digital, events, planning and operations, corporate communications, and PR firm. - Maintains a results-oriented focus with the ability to prioritize and communicate clearly and effectively. - Gathers results and reports product marketing event performance among the bank and credit union audience post-mortem to gain insights into what worked well, what didn't, and what we should do/test moving forward. - Collaborates with marketing team for continuous improvement of strategic marketing projects and strategic approach. - May perform other job duties as assigned. What you'll need to have: - Bachelor's degree required. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management and execution. - Ability to travel up to 15% of the time. What would be nice for you to have: - Experienced marketer with financial industry marketing experience, able to evaluate and resolve complex issues. Works on complicated and diverse projects. Exercises excellent judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions. - Experience working with 3rd party event management teams and financial service associations to coordinate all aspects of trade show engagement. - Knowledge of financial industry technical solutions, financial industry audiences, and competitive environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with HubSpot (or equivalent) preferred.
