B2B Marketing Associate

• Support the delivery of our marketing strategy across multiple channels • Build, test, and send marketing emails using platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot • Manage contact lists, segmentation, and automated journeys to improve email performance • Track performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategy • Draft and edit marketing copy, including blogs, newsletters, event pages, and social media • Develop and schedule content across corporate social media channels • Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-person and virtual own-brand and partner events
Job Requirements
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role with exposure to events and digital marketing
- Genuine curiosity about global affairs, international business, and geopolitics
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong cross-functional team player
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, or equivalent
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Basic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva)
- Must have eligible and current right to work in the UK
