Role Description We are seeking a motivated Intelligence Analyst to join our team in an embedded role supporting a global technology company. Working remotely (eligible states) from within the United States and reporting to the Embedded Intelligence Team Lead, the successful candidate will join a small team responsible for delivering timely, actionable intelligence across the Americas and Europe. The Intelligence Analyst will: - Conduct all-source research, monitoring, and analysis to identify emerging threats, incidents, risks, and trends relevant to the client’s operating environment. - Support the production of intelligence assessments, briefings, and situational awareness updates. - Respond to stakeholder requests for information and contribute to incident response and crisis support activities. - Help deliver accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence that supports operational and strategic decision-making. This position requires strong research and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with open-source information, monitoring emerging developments, and communicating findings clearly to a variety of audiences. Familiarity with threat monitoring platforms, AI-assisted analytical tools, and collaborative technology environments is highly desirable. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, working standard business hours Monday through Friday. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, Journalism, or a relevant field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience. - 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate intelligence, security intelligence, geopolitical risk, investigations, journalism/research, or adjacent roles supporting operational decision-making. - Foreign language proficiency a plus. Requirements - Demonstrated interest in geopolitical analysis, threat monitoring, activism-related issues, or operational security topics preferred. - Ability to translate complex threat and risk information into concise, actionable intelligence for security and operational stakeholders. - Foundational understanding of all-source research methodologies, OSINT collection techniques, and analytical tradecraft. - Working knowledge of the intelligence cycle and briefing standards; able to produce clear, well-structured written products and verbal updates. - Experience (or demonstrated interest in) monitoring threats that can impact private-sector people, facilities/assets, operations, and reputation. - Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed in demanding environments with competing priorities. - Comfortable working within defined SOPs and workflows while contributing ideas for continuous improvement. - Collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach; able to work effectively in a matrixed environment across client and Sibylline structures. - Experience leveraging intelligence, monitoring, and productivity technologies to support program delivery and continuous improvement. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Lead and mentor a small, embedded intelligence team, setting daily/weekly priorities, delegating tasks, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. • Partner with security stakeholders to define key intelligence requirements and maintain a clear tasking and escalation framework for routine reporting, RFIs, and incident-driven support. • Oversee all-source monitoring and analysis to identify emerging threats, security incidents, reputational risks, and trends. • Produce and quality-assure concise, actionable intelligence products and verbal briefings designed to inform operational and leadership decision-making. • Maintain and continuously improve SOPs, definitions, and analyst workflows for monitoring, incident response support, and reporting; identify gaps and redundancies and propose improvements. • Personally contribute to complex intelligence assessments and high-visibility stakeholder requests as required.

Role Description As a Protective Intelligence Analyst, you will be embedded within our client’s risk and intelligence team, working remotely with flexible hours to support their security and strategic decision-making. Your main responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying and researching potential threats. - Analysing emerging trends. - Assessing risks that could impact the client’s personnel, operations, reputation, and strategic objectives. - Applying expertise in intelligence analysis to provide actionable insights. - Advising decision-makers and helping develop strategies to mitigate risks. - Monitoring various sources of information and synthesising complex data. - Communicating findings clearly to support the client’s safety and success. This is a fully remote role based in India supporting a 24/7 function, and although the core hours are standard business hours, you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Qualifications - 4 years of relevant Protective Intelligence experience in a corporate setting. - BA degree is preferred but not required if the candidate has the necessary work experience. - Advanced knowledge of open-source, social media, and public records search techniques. - Experience with threat assessment tools and structured professional judgment guides for targeted violence risk. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Clearly communicate risk to stakeholders in a concise format. - Approach cases with empathy and discretion. - Be aware of and work through cognitive biases that may impact assessment. - Proven ability to work with highly confidential information. - Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously and function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Strong analytical, oral, and written presentation skills including the ability to deliver communications centred on the target audience. - Advanced proficiency in Web-based social media platforms, search tools, productivity applications, and communication technology. - Must have existing authorisation to live and work in India. - Passionate about intelligence work, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering impactful analysis that helps protect and inform the client’s organisation. • Maintain situational awareness, collect, and analyze information to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ people, buildings, and operations • Detect and assess threats and incidents, and determine their impact on our clients • Using open-source intelligence (OSINT) sources and internal databases to conduct social media, deep and dark web monitoring, and produce tactical intelligence • Write and distribute notifications and daily and weekly products • Triage incidents and threats quickly and effectively • Conduct ad-hoc client briefings on unfolding events • Conduct research and maintain Global Intelligence Team core products, including city security briefs, event risk assessments, and Sibylline’s ASTRA platform • Collect and maintain data sets as directed by the Lead Data, Insights, and Capability analyst • Display creative thinking and consulting skills to deliver a continually improving service for our clients • Facilitate the dissemination of information to mobilise the necessary resources to ensure that regional staff can mitigate immediate risks and incidents • Support our clients directly by providing short-term "Surge" capacity as required • Perform any additional duties as required by the Head of Global Analysis • Engage and collaborate with other Sibylline teams globally to remain up to date with best practices, resources, and industry standards

• Aid the Management Accountant and department with day-to-day accounting duties • Responsible for daily bank reconciliation to ensure timely accuracy of accounts • Managing accounts payable process, paying supplier invoices, and issuing remittance and supplier statements • Reconciling and resolving accounts payable queries • Provide cover for Accounts Receivable, posting sales invoices to the sales ledger when required • Contacting clients and vendors as necessary to ensure accurate and on-time payments • Reporting on creditors and communicating with internal stakeholders to provide status updates on aged items • Manage the administration of the business’s company credit card platform and assist the Finance Director in implementing process improvements and compliance • Dealing with queries and supporting the month-end close process, including posting accruals and prepayments

• Use all-source intelligence (including alert feeds, traditional and social media, and in-house sources) to monitor security incidents and trends within the client’s areas of operation and locations to assess the likely impact on staff, assets, operations, events, and reputation. • Support the client’s trust and safety function to monitor and respond to issues on or with the client’s platform. • Escalate security incidents to client stakeholders, following efficient and rehearsed procedures. • Maintain visibility on employee movements and their proximity to notable incidents and events, advising accordingly through required reporting methods. • Participate in training and drills to rehearse incident preparation and response SOPs. • Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc reporting on geopolitical developments, scenario planning, forecasts and other related topics. • Research and analyse a wide range of information to create insightful analysis in accordance with strict deadlines, including presenting and incorporating relevant data and visualisations. • Respond to urgent official requests for action on behalf of the client, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. • Conduct all-source investigations into people and events to identify risk indicators, establish timelines, and support operational decisions. • Other duties as assigned.
