• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of jobs, sites, and turbine operations while maintaining daily contact with all local technicians • Takes full ownership of the assigned sub-area and is responsible for overall area performance • Maintains a high customer-focused approach by promoting quality behavior, responsibility, and an efficient workforce • Ensures a strong safety and quality mindset within Vestas teams and external service providers at all times • Performs daily area management activities to monitor progress, safety, and quality • Verifies that all subcontractor safety documentation and equipment certifications are valid and up to date • Ensures that approved lifting plans and valid Permits to Work are in place before task execution • Acts as a role model for technicians by demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and safe working behavior • Provides coaching and leadership to technicians to improve skills, performance, and accountability • Promotes responsibility and accountability for turbine operations and site activities • Encourages higher performance expectations by setting clear goals and recognizing achievements or growth opportunities • Ensures service orders and work instructions are clearly understood by technicians before work begins • Executes all tasks as planned and strictly according to approved procedures and work instructions
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical (With C license Holder)
- Completed technical training in the field of electro technology or mechanics
- Remote team management knowledge
- Previous experience in technologies company or administrative
- Knowledge on the Renewable/ Wind Energy Market is desired but not a must
